Return and Refund Policy & Procedure
5.1. General Policy Due to the nature of our Products, we have a limited return policy. Medical devices and temperature-sensitive products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
5.2. Lost Shipments If you have not received your order, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) business days of the estimated delivery date so we may initiate an investigation with the carrier. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the denial of your claim.
5.3. Defective or Damaged Products In the event you receive a leaking or otherwise defective Product, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) business days of the delivery date. Your notification must include photographic evidence of the damage or defect. At our discretion, and after inspection of the evidence or the returned Product, we will replace the defective Product at no charge. No claims will be honored after seven (7) business days.
6.1. Warranty Coverage for Exceed and MesojectGun Devices All Toskani devices, including the Exceed and MesojectGun, are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against intrinsic manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
6.2. Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from:
Misuse, abuse, or improper operation of the device
Negligence, accidents, or failure to follow operating instructions and maintenance guidelines provided in the user manual
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations performed by non-authorized personnel
Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts and accessories
Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, improper voltage, water damage, or environmental conditions
Use of non-approved accessories or consumables
6.3. Warranty Claims To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:
Notify Toskani in writing within seven (7) business days of discovering the defect
Provide proof of purchase, including the original invoice and serial number of the device
Provide a detailed description of the defect and photographic or video evidence if requested
Return the device to Toskani for inspection, if required, at the customer’s expense
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Toskani will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective device at no charge to the customer. Repaired or replaced devices will be returned to the customer at Toskani’s expense.
