Introduction Toskani USA Corp. - Professional Sales Policy Effective Date: January 28, 2026 This Professional Sales Policy ("Policy") governs the purchase of all products ("Products") from Toskani USA Corp. ("Toskani," "we," "us," or "our") by professional customers ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By placing an order with Toskani, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
1. Account and Ordering

1.1. Professional Account Requirement: All customers must be licensed healthcare professionals or registered business entities in the aesthetic or medical field. Toskani reserves the right to require proof of licensure or business registration prior to account approval and at any time thereafter. Products are for professional use only and are not for resale to the general public.

1.2. Order Placement and Acceptance: Orders may be placed through our official online portal or with an authorized sales representative. All orders are subject to acceptance by Toskani at our sole discretion. An order is not considered accepted until you receive a formal order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

1.3. Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order has been "Processed" (defined as having been picked and packed for shipment), it cannot be changed or canceled. Requests for changes or cancellations prior to processing must be submitted in writing and are subject to our ability to accommodate the request.
2. Payment Terms

2.1. Payment Requirement: Full payment is required upfront for all orders prior to shipment.

2.2. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, ACH, and Apple Pay through our payment gateway. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

2.3. Taxes: Prices do not include any federal, state, or local taxes. The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, and such taxes will be added to the invoice where required by law.
3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping Costs: Standard Shipping (1-9 boxes): Cost varies by shipping address and chosen shipping method. Free Shipping (10+ boxes, excluding Device): Free. These rates apply to shipments within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

3.2. Shipping Policy: Each order will be shipped to a single address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We currently only ship to customers within the United States and its territories. Title and risk of loss for the Products pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. We encourage you to review your tracking information, which will be provided upon shipment by our representative.

3.3. Delivery Times: While we will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for any shipping delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events of force majeure.
4. Product Handling and Storage Upon receipt, Products must be stored in accordance with the instructions on the packaging, including refrigeration for temperature-sensitive items. Keep all Products out of reach of children. Do not use any Product if the safety cap or seal is broken. Toskani is not liable for any damage or loss of efficacy due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
